International Update and New T-Shirts

We've been able to get back into the warehouse and start shipping again, but things are going slowly as we stress safety over speed. At the moment, we send no more than one member of the Warehouse 23 team into the building on the same day, and we are only shipping on Mondays and Fridays. Our goal is to protect the health and safety of everyone first, and ship items second.
At the moment, all rewards other than those for Australia and New Zealand have shipped, and many of you in Canada and Europe have already reported that you received your packages.
When will Australia and New Zealand packages ship? Just as soon as our team completes packing other boxes that will go to our Australian partner and, even then, not until our partner in Australia is ready to move the shipment across the ocean.
When the 24 rewards destined for Australia and New Zealand do leave our warehouse, we'll post an update to notify you of the latest news.
We've been asked many times about t-shirts . . . and here they are! The t-shirt campaign closes on June 1, so please check out the available designs and then join in to unlock more stretch goals and add new shirt designs to the campaign. Learn more about the t-shirt project here!

International Fulfillment Update

Here's the latest news of fulfillment of the international rewards. In all cases, the situation across the world may have an impact on delivery times. At the moment, all we can do is report on where things currently stand.
- Canada. The 42 packages are on their way to our Canadian fulfillment partner. We do not know if current issues will stop the packages at the border or if they will make their way to Canada. If we get news, we will share.
- UK. GamesQuest has 52 packages approved for shipping. They will start sending those out as soon as they can.
- EU. Also at GamesQuest. The 53 packages are approved for shipping. Again, everything will go out as fast as possible.
- AU/NZ. There are 24 packages ready to go and now waiting in the Austin warehouse. Once we have more packages to add to those to fill the pallet (the Pocket Box campaign, for example), then we can start the process of moving the rewards to our fulfillment partner in Australia.
We also have four U.S. retailer backers who have not yet received their rewards. I've asked the team for more info on these and we will handle the four shipments as fast as we can.
At the moment, many of the Steve Jackson Games crew are working from home. We're doing all we can to keep everything flowing and packages moving, but there are larger issues at the moment that are very much outside of our control. All we can do is ask for your patience and let you know that we will post updates on the delivery status of this campaign as we receive news.

International Fulfillment Update and Hexagram #4 Preorders

GamesQuest has the Decks of Destiny rewards and the project is now in their fulfillment queue. At the moment, all EU/UK packages have been weighed and the dimensions have been taken, which means that the next step it to enter the data into their system so that they can print the shipping labels.
Canadian and Australian packages are still in the earlier stages of the fulfillment process.
Hexagram Preorders
For those of you who missed out on the recent campaign for Hexagram #4, we have opened preorders at BackerKit. This is your chance to get the latest Hexagram issue and an opportunity at some of the Legacy Edition and Decks of Destiny add-on items.
NOTE: Some of the extras may be in short supply. Wizard metal dice, the Player's Pack, and the megahexes are a little scarce. We may have more in the future; we've set some aside so that we have replacements in case there are issues with the international Decks of Destiny fulfillment.

UK and EU Rewards Have Shipped to GamesQuest

FedEx has picked up the UK and EU rewards and they are now on their way to GamesQuest. This is the next step that Decks of Destiny makes on its journey from our warehouse to your hands, and we appreciate your patience as the boxes slowly across the world.
We do not yet have an estimate on when the packages will arrive -- it's complicated, involving multiple companies and schedules -- but we can say that we will let you know as we hear news of the progress.

International Fulfillment Update and Final Hours for Hexagram #4

The Warehouse 23 team reports that over half of the international rewards are now packed and ready to go. They plan to ship the pallets out to our international partners next month, which means the project is on schedule for meeting the estimated delivery date of April 2020 for international backers.

We have been asked: Will Decks of Destiny be available on Warehouse 23. Absolutely! At the moment, we expect that the expansion will be available in March. There may also be some of the Decks of Destiny add-ons offered on Warehouse 23 in March; we'll post an update here as soon as we make items available for sale at the site.
