Latest Updates from Our Project:

Decks of Destiny Shipping Has Begun!
over 4 years ago – Wed, Jan 15, 2020 at 02:32:40 AM

Hi everyone, we wanted to share some good news! We previously updated that our containers would be arriving in late January, but in fact they arrived earlier than expected, this week to be precise.

Boxes of decks ready to be sorted and shipped!

Our partners at ATX Fulfillment and the Warehouse 23 folks are packing and shipping pledges as we speak; some of you may have even gotten shipping notifications already. It will still take us some time to ship all of the rewards, so if you haven’t gotten a notification yet, please don’t worry. We’ll be working through the shipments through the coming few weeks.

Shipment Update: Container Still Expected Late This Month
over 4 years ago – Sun, Jan 12, 2020 at 05:30:28 PM

For those of you who are keeping track of the project, the container is expected to reach our fulfillment warehouse in Austin later this month. We will post what pics we can manage and more info once the container is safely at the warehouse and the team there has had time to properly count and receive everything.

Packing and shipping of rewards will start once everything has been received and it will take us some time to process all of the rewards. We will post an update once we officially start mailing out project rewards.

Late Delivery

Please note that the container coming in late in January, instead of early in the month, will mean that U.S. rewards will very likely slide into February. We hate to be late with delivering your rewards, but we would really hate to ship a package that wasn't as good as it could be so we choose late over rushed. We hope you'll find the (very heavy!) Decks of Destiny box entertaining and useful and worth the slight delay in delivery.

Hexagram #4 in February

Next month, as a part of Kickstarter's Zine Quest 2 event, we'll be launching a campaign for Hexagram #4. Please follow Warehouse 23 here on Kickstarter for email notification when the project is live. We're currently estimating that Hexagram #4, if the Kickstarter campaign is successful, will start shipping to backers in April. Steve and the team have almost finished all of the work on this latest issue of the Hexagram zine, so the April date is pretty solid at this time.

Container Shipped & Car Wars Sixth Edition
over 4 years ago – Tue, Dec 10, 2019 at 01:49:06 PM

Great news, gang. I checked with the factory, and the container loaded with Decks of Destiny has shipped and is expected to land at our Austin fulfillment warehouse in January. Our Warehouse 23 team have been in close contact with the fulfillment warehouse and we'll start processing rewards as fast as we can once the container arrives. It will take us a few weeks to work through all of the rewards -- as you have already guessed, there's a lot of parts to coordinate -- and we'll report when everything starts moving from the warehouse to your hands.

NOTE: Reward delivery in the U.S. is likely to slide into February. We'll do what we can to start shipping in January, but this time of year can add delays to transit times for freight. We will keep you updated on the container's progress as we receive news from our partners.

Car Wars Sixth Edition

Now on Kickstarter, the Car Wars Sixth Edition game has over 3,000 backers and is closing in on the $500,000 mark. This new edition of the classic game of autoduelling includes miniatures, custom dice, and is a completely new way to take to the streets and arenas of the future and blast your opponents.

The factory is coming close to the end of the manufacturing process. Everything is coming together, and we will have a final project completion date soon. Once we have that, then we can start the work of preparing for project fulfillment; at the moment, it looks like the container will reach us in early January.

A rejected subpackaging idea for the I Want All The Newness box. Part of the process is trying things . . . and they don't always work. Also, the number of dice included is incorrect. The factory is correcting that error.
Test fit of I Want All The Newness. Not 100% ready, but we're getting there.
